Up to the first base station in our Innovation Mastery learning journey - define the users and the problem we need to solve for them in the context of the project "Vitality @Work".
Have a look at the steps we have taken to reach our first milestone.
One the powerful tools we used to deep-dive into the problem and user understanding is Computational Thinking and its core aspect of Decomposition. With the means of decomposition graphs we could summarize and visualize the directions we could explore and then chose one of them as a user and project scope.
We faced various challenges on the way - from finding users to interview, summarizing the findings, dealing with feedback that may not always be welcome, and seeking ways to do all this while not all team members were available at times or school-related responsibilities were taking over. Sometimes we experienced surprising circumstances like a messy room that needed to be arranged to fit our work purpose.
But we kept moving and learning!
Having our scope we are heading now to the "Design the solution" station. Stay tuned on our steps!
